There are a lot of very good therapists in the Bay area to choose from and it can be hard to decide based on a brief description such as you find on this page.

The minimum I want you to know about me and how I work is that I am able to help both children and adults find whatever language they are most comfortable to use in expressing themselves, in telling the story which needs to be heard.

For children this means primarily through art or with use of the sand tray.  With adults this can mean via language or through use of the sand tray.

I am open to adults who want to bring their spiritual or religious beliefs into the room.  Because I am bi-cultural myself, I feel comfortable working with people for whom this is an important aspect of their identity.
